it is just a simple thinking that which day to celebrate the happy new year.according to me it is just a thinking that the first day of the year we should celebrate the happy new year.it is a wonderful article especially for young boys and girlswho just forget to take any resolution in the new year instead they are totally indulged in celebrating the thirty first night in a good or bad way whatsoever it be.they do not even care for any good deed they can start in the new year and keep doing it the whole life.
