Okay, I've got like twenty minutes to drink about six drinks at this generic airport bar in Chicago.

Cheers, see you in  the sky.

It's about time to pin your home address to your lapel. Here's to landing in NY and successfully hailing and directing a cab home.

@csp: Not quite time yet, I've flown in much worse shape. Just ask the guards at the Boone County Jail!

OK, but it's legal to carry an ounce of prevention, a pound of trouble gets you an overnight stay in the county motel. BTW, bonus points to you for road updating.

@csp: Thanks for the travel tips. The computer is about out of juice, but I think I can squeeze in one more update, the beverage cart just got here.

Marty, even if you weren't flying out of Peoria, I can see you purposely working in a layover to "recharge" at an airport bar on extra long trips. PS: Ever fly into/outof/through Denver? I highly recommend the New Belgian Tap Room airport bar in terminal B; best airport bar I've visited.

@Al Czervik: I live for the "recharge" layovers, the longer the better! I've never been to the New Belgian Tap Room, but I hope to make that destination one day for sure! Thanks for the tip!
